We recently had insulation blown in, and, from day 1, they were communicative, on time, and willing to handle any unforseen issues quickly and easily. We awoke in the middle of the night to find our heater was blowing cold air. I called first thing this morning and they made sure to get someone to my house today so our heat was fixed before the extremely cold weather and the Holiday. I picked up a "break/fix coverage" on my home Central Air system. During a hot spell (of course) the system abruptly stopped. Called for assistance and was told I would be contacted by Black Horse Pike Plumbing within 4 hours, which actually took place. They set an appointment, arrived on time, sent one of their quality and knowledgeable HVAC technicians (CHUCK) who left no stone unturned to check the entire A/C system and diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the existing problem but he made changes to what he saw as "soon to fail" and "potential problems" so that the A/C is running like new. What a double win for me... I've got my HVAC problem fixed and found a reputable, honest, thorough and professional plumber.
